Single Dwelling with Heritage Overlay – Complete Design, Approvals, and Tendering

This project involved designing a single dwelling located in a heritage overlay area, with town planning approval presenting a significant challenge that required close collaboration with the council.

The design strategically maximises sunlight penetration and incorporates thoughtfully designed lighting to enhance the ambiance throughout the home. Materials and finishes were chosen to respect heritage requirements while supporting comfortable modern living. The project progressed through design, approvals, and tendering stages, after which it was completed.
