Light, Space, and Heritage:

A 6-Unit Townhouse Development in a Sensitive Urban Context

This contemporary multi-unit project delivers six thoughtfully planned townhouses, each designed to maximise internal living space, natural light, and private courtyard amenity.

 

Situated within a cultural heritage overlay, the project required multiple meetings with local authorities to navigate planning requirements. An unexpected asbestos discovery during site investigations caused delays to the town planning application, but concurrent progress on the building permit and tender processes has kept the project on schedule.
