Comprehensive modern residential project – from design and material selection through to near completion and final site coordination

This modern house features an optimised spatial layout and highly human-centred, liveable large spaces. The project involved full engagement from design to near completion, including careful selection and purchase of materials, tapware, finishes, and fixtures. A key challenge was managing the timeline across multiple suppliers, including pre-ordering appliances, tapware, and lighting from Europe, and furniture from China, while ensuring all products complied with Australian standards. Timelines were carefully planned to accommodate sampling, production, shipping, and potential replacements. Regular site visits ensured construction closely followed the drawings to a very high degree. The project is now nearing handover.
